Do two walk together,
unless they have made an appointment?
Amos 3:3 RSV
Starting on January 2, we'll journey to Ephesus via Paul's letter as he shared his heart with the new church. I must warn you, I've already had to stop and start several times. Paul is an expert at complex, complicated, LONG sentence structure.
After surrendering my frustration, distractions, etc., God began opening up His treasure chest. (Yes, Dear Reader, I was whining about it being too hard. God is so big He can listen to our complaints and still get us onto the right path.)
You bless my soul, and inspire my heart, Dear Reader, as we travel together. Thank you for joining me at David's Daughter! Your presence will help me to stay focused and motivated as we explore Paul's letter to the Ephesians together. My hope is to resume our journey with John during Lent.
What are you studying, Dear Reader? In what new ways has God opened up the glorious riches of His Word to you lately? I pray His Word is everlastingly fresh and invigorating to you.
