Dear Reader, is there someone in your world who blesses you with each encounter? Someone the Lord seemingly dropped into your universe, unbidden, but more than welcome?

Macy and I connected from our first session. Mom and Dad were super devoted and supportive. Maybe I did have room for one more child in my life. Maybe this could work.
And it did. Especially when changes at my school battered my teacher's heart, leaving my confidence bruised. But each week, Macy came ready to work and learn, seeming to be excited to spend an hour with Mrs. Alice.
What an enormous blessing! This sweet, charming child came to minister to me when loud voices rang in my head saying I was no longer needed as an educator.
Multiplication is being a challenge for Macy. We've been working on it for months and months. Being in 5th grade this year, she's expected to be fluent. Some weeks she sets her face like flint, and some weeks I do. And still progress eludes us.

Oh, Dear Reader, have you shared an "Eskimo kiss" with a cherished child lately? There are few things sweeter!
I hope the freshness of holy moments never fades for you, Dear Reader. I pray the kisses of angels, like my friend, Macy, caress your brow on hard days, and you will know the holiness and blessing of a moment in the presence of the Living God.
