I'm sitting here with journals, aka for books of lists, my phone and a hard copy of the school calendar for this month, oh yeah, and a short yellow tablet with more lists. Good grief! No wonder my head sometimes spins (metaphorically, not the Linda Blair version in "The Exorcist").
In case you're wondering, list-making may be a genetic thing. Mama and Daddy were list-makers, I'm notorious, my kids have the propensity. And I'm proud to say even Annalyn has been making lists at least since kindergarten. Four generations keeping track of time and tasks. (Can we say, "nerd alert"!)
So, I'm trying to become more efficient with time management. Love the calendar on my phone! Don't even get the reminder cards at the dentist, vet, etc. anymore. Now I need to learn how to streamline multiple social media accounts. And do I really have to carry a purse the size of Rhode Island to keep track of all my organizational tools?
Maybe I need to make an appointment with myself to read all the Michael Hyatt posts I've been filing in my Gmail account. Or schedule, then time, my social media time.
How do you make time management tools work for you? I'd love to hear your ideas. What are the tools allowing you more time to enjoy?
